1) Scope
This policy applies to NGA Plast and to everyone acting on behalf of the company, including employees, managers and contractors. It also sets clear expectations for suppliers, logistics providers, distributors and other business partners that support our B2B operations.
2) Reference Framework
Our approach aligns with widely recognized principles such as:

- Applicable national laws and regulations in the countries where we operate
Note: References above describe our principles and expectations; they are not presented as a certification claim.

We do not tolerate forced labor, bonded labor, human trafficking or any form of coercion. Employment must be freely chosen and workers must be able to leave employment in line with applicable law.
3.2 No child labor
We prohibit child labor. We expect our business partners to comply with minimum working age requirements and to protect young workers from hazardous work.
3.3 Non-discrimination and equal opportunity
We promote equal opportunity and do not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, nationality, language, religion, age, disability, gender or any other status protected by law.
3.4 Respectful workplace: no harassment or abuse

We are committed to providing safe working conditions and continuously improving our safety culture. We expect partners operating on our behalf to apply appropriate occupational health and safety measures.

We support lawful working hours, rest periods and compensation practices. We expect our suppliers and partners to comply with applicable labor laws and regulations, including those related to wages and benefits.
4) Responsible Value Chain Expectations
NGA Plast operates in B2B markets where continuity and reliability matter. That same discipline applies to how we select and work with suppliers and service providers.
- We may request information, declarations or documentation related to labor and human rights practices.
- We expect partners to identify and address risks within their own supply chains.
- We reserve the right to take corrective action if credible risks or violations are identified.
5) Risk Management & Due Diligence
We aim to prevent and mitigate human rights risks through practical measures such as supplier assessment, contract expectations, and internal awareness. When concerns arise, we evaluate them and take proportionate action.
6) Speak Up: Reporting & Non-Retaliation
We encourage employees and partners to report concerns in good faith. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is not tolerated.
